I'm Gee, the founder of Meetable.
I’ve spent my career strengthening Victorian public sector and for-purpose organisations, both as an employee and through consulting work, with a focus on learning, organisational design, culture, and collaboration.
My interest in this work comes from a simple belief that we deserve to be happy at work. To me that means we deserve workplaces that are human, meaningful, productive, and impactful.
When people think well together, they feel better and do better. Good meetings are one of the places that can help make that possible.
Why I created Meetable
I created Meetable because meetings are never “just meetings.”
They're where culture gets made and played out at work: shaping whose voice is heard, how decisions are tested, whether challenge feels safe, and whether progress actually happens.
I believe people deserve better than meetings run on habit or reflex. They deserve conversations that respect their time, support better thinking, and help create cultures that feel more human, constructive, and impactful.
Meetable helps values-led organisations design meetigns worth having. We do this by supporting meeting redesign and strengthening meeting-craft.
Who Meetable is for
Meetable works best for values-led, impact-minded organisations that care about people, culture, and doing good work in good ways.
That includes public sector agencies, for-purpose organisations, B Corps, ethical professional services firms, and other collaboration-heavy teams that put people before profit and want to improve how they work together.
